Colors Enterprises, Inc., founded in 1991 by Martial Bricnet, focuses exclusively on the manufacture and distribution of quality handmade pizza products and a variety of fine foods.

The Challenge

"Our Website had to provide the next best way of 'showing off' our company after the sales person makes a presentation, has delivered pizza samples and leaves. We chose to develop a virtual brochure of our products, services, pizza-related tips and suggestions to be available to our customers 24/7."

Martial commissioned the santex-net team to create a site that would project an established image, reinforce credibility and emphasize the company's passion for customer satisfaction.

The Results

The Website is serving three sales purposes:

• an alternative to in-person customer contact;
• a visual reference when talking with customers on the phone;
• a virtual brochure to add a third dimension to sales calls.

In addition to the sales features, we included an element that attracts Colors' target market to the Website - an information center exclusively for members of the culinary profession that provides items of interest, such as information about food shows, charity events and professional associations.
