Musiciansstorehouse.com was founded by Chad Heath with the sole intention of providing the best quality musical instruments at the most affordable prices in the market. The company is based in Sugar City, Idaho, and has gained the respect of thousand of musicians around the world by making customer service the number one priority in the company.
The Challenge
Chad was referred to us by an existing client and visited our offices for the first time in January of 2002. He sat down and said, "Our web site is poorly designed, does not look professional, and our potential customers do not trust us as a result. We receive regular emails from customers saying that they had trouble figuring out how to make a purchase on our site. Our ultimate goal is to increase our profits." He commissioned our team to create a brand development from the ground up. The project included company logo design, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, brochure and an e-commerce web site that was going to kick butts ... not just go after new clients, but most importantly, drive his existing eBay® clients to the new site. That would reduce his overall operational cost by avoiding fees.
The Results
Within less than a year after having the site redesigned, the company's sales had grown to five times the amount in the previous year. The site paid for itself within a couple of months. The client retention was spectacular, and the impact on the bottom line extraordinary.
